How do your coffee subscriptions work?

Choose your roast preference and frequency, and we will deliver freshly roasted, ethically sourced beans directly to your door. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday. Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of roasting via standard ground shipping.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! While we recommend whole bean for the freshest flavor profile, you can select your preferred grind size (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on each product page.

Where do you source your coffee beans?

We partner directly with sustainable farms in regions like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra. We prioritize Fair Trade practices and organic farming methods to ensure high quality and ethical impact.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
